please report it to our designated Code of Conduct team by emailing
conduct@defer.run. All reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed
promptly.

Upon receiving a report, the Code of Conduct team will investigate the incident
and take appropriate action. Consequences for violating the Code of Conduct may
include warnings, temporary or permanent bans, or other actions necessary to
maintain a respectful environment.

## Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated and may result in consequences,
including but not limited to:

- Temporary or permanent bans from participating in our community spaces.
- Removal of contributed content.
- Reporting incidents to the individual's employer or relevant authorities, if
  necessary.
